CareerBuilder’s primary business objectives & KPIs focus on increasing B2C end-user job applications (as well as other engagement criteria at various funnel stages) and growing job seeker audience, an important factor for growing attracted investment from hiring companies (B2B market).
In direct consideration of these business objectives, the B2C email newsletter strategy I developed and executed from Q4 2022 to Q1 2023 contributed to a massive 427% increase in job applications; an overall 82% growth in B2C audience list size; as well as a 55% boost in newsletter click-through rates.
