Email Marketing

During my tenure at Flow Marketing Services (2017-2019), I designed, coded, and executed email marketing campaigns for Drive Flow (a vehicle subscription service offered by Flow) as well as service and sales campaigns for their respective franchises: Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, MINI, Nissan, Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo. All of Flow’s emails were deployed using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns

At Flow Marketing Services, I developed the design for several key contest marketing campaigns for pivotal points during the year.

As a big college basketball fan, the March Mania campaigns were my favorite design opportunities! The 12 Days of Giveaways Campaigns are another opportunity to develop a contest marketing campaign for the holiday season.

For all campaigns, a multi-channel approach was key, with social media images, microsites, posters, postcards, and email marketing components.


Google Display Ads

Display ads are an integral part of any digital designer’s skillset. I’ve made quite a few of these over the course of my design career in the automotive industry, and the display ad images must meet manufacturer compliance guidelines.


Website Design

My website design clients have included authors, artists, gyms, and small businesses. I design responsive websites using CSS, HTML, Javascript, and JQuery, but — depending on the needs of the client — I also use content management platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify.
